The Sweet Kitchen: Whats on the Menu?

This week is short but sweet as I get back in to the grind after being out of town just in time to leave Friday for Easter in St. Simon's. I picked up a copy of Cook's Country before heading out of town last weekend and was excited to find some excellent recipes to try this week. I can't wait to start cooking them. If you see this great magazine at your local newsstand, pick it up and take a look. You won't be disappointed.

Monday: Tex-Mex Chicken Bake (has tomatoes and black beans in it - yum) with Fresh Fruit
Tuesday (Work Night): Flank Steak with Herbed Potatoes and Green Beans
Wednesday: Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, Corn Casserole, Romaine Crunch Salad
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Vacay!
