Is everyone having a great start to their week? After finishing off last week with a win for the Tigers, I just don't know if this week will be able to compare. We are starting off this week with a sick little bug. It never fails that the week we are responsible for snack at preschool the little one is sick Sunday night. Oh well! That is the beauty of carpool: you can drop the snacks off and only have to look good from the waist up!
I am looking forward to sharing some excellent recipes with you this week. All of you lovers of crock pots or even those that are scared of their crock pot...rejoice, because I have some incredible recipes coming your way! We had our crock pot working to the max last week which led to some fantastic meals.
We have a very busy week this week starting off with a big event for my husband tonight and tomorrow and then finishing the week of with two work nights for me (who in their right mind chooses to work 11/11/11 at a Labor and Delivery unit...apparently this girl). We will be sticking to some staples in the cooking department while mixing in a few new recipes.
Monday: Leftover Crock Pot Creamy Beef Tips, Egg Noodles and Green Beans
Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs, Dreamy Creamy Cheese Grits, Fruit and Melt-in-Your-Mouth Doughnuts
Wednesday: Chicken Stew, Salad and Homemade Rolls
Thursday: Parmesan Pork Chops, Dee's Savory Rice, and Garlic Parmesan Green Beans
Friday (Work Night): Leftovers
Saturday (Work Night): Out to Eat...Hopefully my little family will come visit me at work and bring dinner!
Sunday: Small Group Meal
